Terms of use

These terms cover the SideLive Chrome extension and the site at getsidelive.com. SideLive is the name of the product. There is no separate company. Write to support@getsidelive.com.
Acceptance
By buying a SideLive license, installing the extension, or using the product, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use SideLive.
The product
SideLive is a Chrome extension for TikTok Shop sellers. It plays a recorded video as camera and microphone on a TikTok Shop live, can reply to comments with AI, and can keep a product pinned.
SideLive is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
License of use
A paid, active subscription gives you a personal license to use SideLive. The license is not exclusive and is not transferable. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or share your license key.
- One license runs on two computers at once. A third activation replaces the oldest.
- There is no limit on TikTok accounts. SideLive works with whichever account is logged in to the LIVE Manager tab.
We may update the extension through the Chrome Web Store. Some updates are required; a version below the minimum we publish will lock the panel until you update.
Payment and cancellation
Plans are $19 per month or $149 per year, billed in US dollars through Stripe. There is no trial.
You can cancel at any time from inside the extension. Cancellation stops the next charge. The current period runs to its end.
If the subscription ends during a live, nothing cuts the stream: the video keeps playing until you end it yourself, and only the AI replies stop.
SideLive keeps working for 7 days if our server is down. After that, license checks fail and AI replies are unavailable.
Refunds
There are no voluntary refunds. The monthly plan is the low commitment way in: run a few lives, and cancel from inside the extension if it is not for you. If the law where you live requires a refund or a cooling off period, that law applies.
Acceptable use
Use SideLive in line with TikTok Shop's policies for your region. You are responsible for the content you broadcast, for the products you sell, and for every message that goes out in the chat, including AI replies.
SideLive does not guarantee that TikTok will not take action against your account. Nobody controls what TikTok does.
AI replies are written from the pinned product listing. The model is instructed not to invent specs. It can still be wrong. Check the listing, and do not treat a reply as a legal or product promise.
Do not use SideLive to break the law, to spam, to impersonate someone else, or to deceive buyers. Do not try to bypass license limits or probe the service.
Videos never leave your machine. Comments and replies pass through our server to Anthropic, the model we use, and are not stored. Details are in the Privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
SideLive is provided as is. Live streaming, TikTok, Chrome, Stripe, and the AI model can fail without notice.
Where Brazilian law lets us limit our liability, that limit is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for lost sales, a TikTok ban, or other indirect loss, except where the law says we are.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting the new version at getsidelive.com/terms. The date at the top is the current version. We do not send a separate email. Using SideLive after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you bought SideLive as a consumer, you may bring a dispute in the courts of your domicile.
