Go live on TikTok Shop. Without being there.

Live 24/7 Recorded live AI replies Product pinned

Why this exists

A live that sells needs six hours on camera.
Your voice does not last that long.

Your voice gives out

Two hours talking to a camera is already a lot. Six hours is a shift. The pitch goes flat and you start watching the clock.

You cannot do this every day

After a long live you are spent. You skip the next day, or you cut it short. The shop that stays on is the one that sells.

When you log off, it is over

The video stops. The product comes off the pin. The ranking you built that afternoon is gone by morning.

The same Tuesday, twice

hours on air

One is what a person can host. The other is a recorded live on loop, chat answered, until you close the tab.

What you see

TikTok's LIVE Manager, exactly as it is. SideLive docks beside it.

You go live from TikTok Shop in Chrome. SideLive sits beside it and runs the live, the chat, and the pin.

1Recorded live on air. Your clips play in the preview, in a loop, in the order you set.
2AI writes in the chat. Replies land in TikTok's own box, the same one you would type in.
3Tick a box, it runs. Pin, replies, thank buyers. Untick to stop. Your video stays on air either way.

What you get

Recorded live. Chat answered. Product pinned.

Recorded live

Your video plays on the live. All day.

Drop your clips in. They play whole, in the order you set, on a loop, until you close the tab. Product 1 stays pinned and every buyer gets thanked by name.

  • Live 24/7. Leave the Chrome tab open.
  • Add clips mid live. The list keeps its place. Drag to reorder.
  • Your sound. The video's own audio, a music playlist, or your mic.
  • Pinned and thanked. Product 1 stays pinned; buyers are thanked one message at a time, so the chat does not look like a burst.

AI replies

Answers every comment. Never makes things up.

Each comment gets a reply in seconds, addressed to the person, written from the product listing. If the listing does not say it, SideLive does not claim it.

  • Reads the listing. Color, material, specs. Not just the card on screen.
  • Follows the pin. Switch products by hand and the answers switch with you.
  • Up to 2,000 replies a day. Enough for a live that never stops.

Stays on your computer

Your videos never leave your machine.

Clips live in Chrome and are never uploaded. No account to create. Just a license key.

  • Your TikTok stays yours. We never log in as you.
  • Nothing runs until you tick it. Installed and idle means idle.

Questions

Straight answers, including the uncomfortable one.

Can TikTok ban my account for this?

We will not promise you a "shield" or a safety percentage. Nobody controls what TikTok does, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a number.

What we do control: replies go out one at a time, not in a burst, and nothing runs unless you tick it. Streaming recorded content in a live is a policy decision you should make after reading TikTok's Community Guidelines for your region.

Can the AI make up product details?

It is instructed not to, twice, and we tested it on real listings. Without the rule, the model would confirm features that did not exist. With it, it answers from the pinned product's full listing, says when the listing does not cover something, and points back to what it does say.

Will people watching know the live is recorded?

They see a normal live with a normal chat. What is on screen is up to you. Sellers who do well with this record a real product pitch, or a series of them, and let SideLive handle the questions in the chat.

How many computers and TikTok accounts?

One license runs on two computers at once. A third activation replaces the oldest. There is no limit on TikTok accounts; SideLive works with whichever account is logged in to the LIVE Manager tab.

Does it work in my region?

SideLive runs on TikTok Shop LIVE Manager and LIVE Center, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. If your seller console looks different, the extension tells you what it could not find instead of failing silently. Write to us and we will look at it.

Do you store my videos or my comments?

No. Videos never leave your machine. With AI replies on, the comment text and the product description pass through our server to reach the model, and we do not store the comment or the reply. Our privacy policy fits in a sentence because there is little to disclose.

I paid — how do I get the extension?

Checkout sends you straight to a page with your license key and the install button, and the same two land in your inbox at the email you paid with. Install, open TikTok Shop LIVE Manager, paste the key once.

Nothing in your inbox after a couple of minutes? Check spam, then write to support@getsidelive.com from the address you paid with and we will send it again.

Is there a free trial or a refund?

No trial. The monthly plan at $19 is the low commitment way in: run a few lives, and cancel from inside the extension if it is not for you. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end. If it ends in the middle of a live, nothing cuts the stream: the video keeps playing until you end it yourself, and only the AI replies stop.

Ready when you are

Your next live can run without you.

Install, add your videos, tick the boxes. The live that used to need you for six hours can stay on all day.
